Offerings

iOTA ~ Pelos Sandberg Vineyard

iOTA Cellars slightly expanded its bottle offerings with the 2011 vintage. A generous bounty allowed our team its first opportunity to think outside the box and create a value offering as well as a small production rosé without altering Our Mission.

On the topic of tasting notes, as written by Eric Asimov in How to Love Wine, “Far more interesting to me is writing that treats wine generally, alluding to characteristics without the obsessive detailing, and, more important, that places wine in context, whether of a meal, a social situation or a culture.”

In light of this, we have added Impressions to our Wine-Offerings web page, that reflect wisdom gained from observing.

Since 2000, we have purchased land, planted it (2002-2014), and made wine (2002-present). While we have followed many common practices, we have also applied site-specific knowledge to our process. This knowledge, along with vintage variations and the wine’s natural evolution in bottle, influences the final product in your glass.

iOTA Cellars’ offerings, accompanied by our Impressions of what these bottles may hold in store for you, can be found in our Vintage links below, along with Reviews from outside sources. Read, taste, enjoy and share your own reflections on our Blog, if you feel so inspired.
