9.9.09 iOTA Cellars 2008 vintage was bottled. Thanks to “Aunt Soph” for journeying out to Oregon from Jersey to lend a hand on the big day. Thanks also to Yiayia and Pappou, in from Chicago, to watch kids and help wherever needed, as always. Production of just over 300 cases, including a few magnums and half bottles for the first time. We’ll keep you posted on release date, but we’ve learned from experience that a little bottle age goes a long way with iOTA wines, so we’re not rushing it…
