2007 Vintage Aging In Barrel

 The 2007 pinot noir recently completed its secondary fermentation known as “malolactic.” We top and sample wine from each barrel on a regular basis to test and taste its progress.  In the coming months this young vintage will begin to reveal its unique characteristics, and we excitedly anticipate its evolution as it quietly ages in barrel.
