Iota Cellars Featured in “Sommelier Journal”

In their latest issue (April 30, 2011), "Sommelier Journal," notes that Iota is "one of the new, artisanal, microwineries attracting the local cognoscenti" and recommends our 2008 Pelos Sandberg Vineyard Pinot Noir as "sweetly concentrated." First Signs of Spring

2007 Vintage Aging In Barrel

             The 2007 pinot noir recently completed its secondary fermentation known as "malolactic." We top and sample wine from each barrel on a regular basis to test and taste its progress.  In the coming months this young vintage will begin to reveal its unique characteristics, and we excitedly anticipate its evolution as it quietly ages in barrel.
